We have all certainly experienced high levels of uncertainty over the past few days and weeks and we are all facing an extraordinary situation. We are facing a major challenge, both on a private and a professional level.

Our top priority is to protect the health of our employees, customers, suppliers and business partners and to play our part in stopping the spread of the virus.

This is why we at Glen Dimplex already implemented extensive safety and protective measures some weeks ago to protect our customers and employees at our headquarters in Kulmbach and the offices in our national markets with clearly defined and strictly followed safety precautions – from production to delivery of goods.

The key things for you: Despite these difficult times, we are here for you as normal. All specialist departments and production are working as normal. There are currently no delivery delays or postponements. If we begin to experience availability problems in the coming weeks, we will inform you accordingly.

The majority of our employees have been working from their home office for some time.Thanks to e-mail, telephone or video conferences, we can remain available for you as normal. We are therefore still here for you with our usual commitment!

As it currently stands, we have been extremely fortunate that no employees at Glen Dimplex Deutschland have been directly affected by the virus and only a few are prevented from working due to the government measures implemented. We would like to thank all our employees for their extraordinary effort in this difficult situation, which has enabled us to remain a reliable partner for our customers and suppliers.

We are monitoring the developments with COVID-19 carefully and are implementing the government directives/instructions from the health authorities, as well as the regional governments where we are active, with immediate effect.

We hope that we will be able to see you in person or visit you again soon. We at Glen Dimplex will continue to be on hand with help and advice.
